Had a great stay at Kinosaki Onsen Hanakouji Saigetsu! The spacious room was stylish, and the private onsen was a real treat. Just a bummer about the 3pm check-in, had to wait a bit. A nice experience in the beautiful onsen town!

The staff was exceptional at accommodating guests, making it easy to navigate the beautiful town of Kinosaki Onsen. Enjoyed the comfortable ambiance and cultural charm of the ryokan experience.

The automatic sink in the bathroom was quite tricky to use, making it difficult to get water unless you stood just right. A small inconvenience amidst an otherwise delightful stay.

I truly enjoyed my stay here, especially the easy access to the Kinosaki Literary Walking Path, which was just a few steps away, and the convenience of nearby cafes for a quick coffee break after exploring the area.

The location was fantastic, just minutes from the train station, and we loved the beautiful blend of traditional Ryokan elements with modern amenities in our small double room. The public onsen was an absolute highlight, providing a relaxing escape after our explorations.

We had an enjoyable family stay with lovely touches, like selecting our own yukata. The location was perfect, just minutes from the train station, and we especially loved the spacious room with two beds and our own privacy. The public baths were fantastic!

My kids wished for a kids' play area.

my stay at kinosaki onsen hanakouji saigetsu was amazing! the staff was super helpful and really made me feel at home, especially with their great communication skills. also, accessing the private onsen was such a treat, and it allowed me to unwind beautifully after exploring. the location is just perfect for hopping around the charming town, and i loved the stylish yukata selection.
